NADA Auto Show 2023: Seres Mini EV Launched at Rs 13.99 Lakh; Becomes Nepal's Most Affordable EV

The two-door, four-seater, mini EV is built on an electric skateboard framework with a focus on creating a roomy interior. The Mini EV provides a comfortably spacious feel with extra legroom and headroom. The Mini EV's profile features an innovative rear-view mirror design with a floating pattern. In the second row, there's an aircraft-style window that improves visibility inside the Mini EV.When it comes to features, the Seres Mini EV comes loaded with a Cruise Control System, Two Drive Modes - Economy and Sport, Regenerative Braking, a Remote Key, Event Data Record System, a 7-inch digital cluster and an 8.8-inch infotainment system with Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. In addition, the centre console is equipped with useful features such as electric window operation buttons and a 12-volt charging port.The Seres Mini EV is offered in two IP67-rated Li-ion battery packs - 13.8 kWh (Base and Mid variant) and 16.8 kWh (Top variant). The 13.8 kWh battery pack delivers a range of 180 km while the latter provides a range of 220 km. Similarly, peak power and torque stand at 25 kW/100 Nm and 30 kW/100 Nm each, respectively.The Seres Mini EV has a dimension of 3030mm x 1495mm x 1640mm (LxWxH)and a wheelbase of 1960mm. Similarly, the ground clearance stands at 140mm. Suspension duties are handled by MacPherson struts on the front and multi-link on the rear. Similarly, braking duties are taken care of by a front disc/rear drum setup. The Mini EV sits on 13-inch aluminum wheelsOn the safety front, the Seres Mini EV gets a single driver's seat airbag, ABS with EBD, Hill-start Assist, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Front and Rear Parking Radars, Central Locking, ISOFIX seat attachment and Reverse camera as standard features on all variants. Optional features include Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic Brake Assist (EBA), Traction Control System (TCS) and Auto-Hold.The Seres Mini EV will be available in four colours - Grey, White, Cyan, Pink.
